Jobe

I believe that every person, group and organization has innate wisdom. My job is to help people access that wisdom.

I am a counselor and a coach and work with clients from various corners of the world by Skype or in my office here in Zürich. I am a Certified Processworker since 1990 and a trainer in Process Work at the Institut für Processarbeit (Institute for Processwork) in Zürich also at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon. I am also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I teach seminars, supervise professionals and offer therapy and supervision to students in various other training programs.

My great love, which rests on my background as a dancer and choreographer, is using everyday movement in individual and group settings to help unfold the deep wisdom that comes through movement and physical sensation. Using this passion I have developed a course called “Transformation through Performance”. In this weekend course individuals, who are mostly not performers, explore their life’s most challenging problems using a combination of Processwork and performance to find in themselves answers and insights, and new powers and potentials; in short, a “transformed” experience of who they are.
